These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of empowerhousebranding.com (“the Site”), owned and operated by Jessie Ereddia of Empower House Branding. By accessing or using the Site or any of its services, including Website in a Week and The Full Rebrand Experience, you agree to abide by these Terms.

User Content

“User Content” refers to any and all materials submitted by you to Jessie Ereddia or through the Site, including but not limited to text, images, feedback, testimonials, project materials, and communication shared during design services.

You are fully responsible for your User Content and assume all risks related to it. You certify that your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and does not violate the rights of any third party. You may not imply that your content is endorsed by Empower House Branding or Jessie Ereddia.

We are not required to back up your content, and it may be deleted at any time without notice. We recommend keeping personal backups of anything you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Empower House Branding an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content in connection with operating and marketing the Site and services.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Site, you agree not to:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Empower House Branding. Any failure to enforce part of the agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in full force.

Third-Party Links & Ads

The Site may contain links to external websites or services. Empower House Branding is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. Use them at your own discretion.

Other Users

We are not responsible for any disputes or content shared between users of the Site. By using this platform, you release Empower House Branding and Jessie Ereddia from any claims or liabilities arising from user interactions.
